Im almost 100% sure rarity is not working as intended

i got my first div on 10% rarity map like t5 (60-70% rarity on me) , my second div droped just now 13% rarity map t10 (77% rarity on me) . got perfect jewelers from white expedition mob at like t1-2

i have minions build but im questioning if rarity works in general because i get more good orbs drops on no or low rarity maps

i ran like 220% rarity map at around t7 and all i got was 2 ex and 1 alch
