Atlas map node link displayed wrong or it enables the wrong node

In RED: the map I completed and the link to which it should have enabled but didn't.
In GREEN: the node I had enabled after completing the map in RED circle, which shouldn't be enabled since no completed map has links to it.


Below you can see I completed the map not linked (above in GREEN) and now the maps shows all nodes next to it. And the original node I couldn't access now is enabled.
