Character Stuck in loading screen going back into Trials of Chaos

I came into a issue where my character is unplayable due to when I try to log in it stays stuck in the loading screen going back into trials of chaos.

Character Name: Just_Splooged
League: Dawn of the Hunt

Might require my character to be moved to another location if it's having issues with only that location.
