Rogue exile bug

Doing rogue exile mapping and 3 times I have faced a rogue exile named the artillerist and 3 times the game has crashed and sent me back to the sign in page. The instance is lost and rewards are gone, I lost 2 corrupted nexus's due to this. Map fails if there were modifiers on it, like bosses or corrupted nexus.
