Urgent Skill and DPS Issue After Equipping Heavy Frost Amulet – Character: WIND_HUNTER (Xbox)

I’m reaching out to report a serious and unexpected issue I’ve encountered for the first time while playing Path of Exile 2. Everything was working perfectly just a couple of hours ago—my skills were active, and DPS was showing normally. However, after equipping an amulet[amended for a heavy frost 20% increased freeze buildup] with the Heavy Frost affix, all of my active skills stopped working, and my DPS disappeared entirely.

This issue seems to be individual and not related to my stats. I’ve double-checked everything:

My attributes are more than sufficient: 210 Dexterity (required: 178 for my main skill, Level 18)167 Intelligence (required: 164 for Cast on Critical, Level 17)90 Strength My gear and passive tree fully support these attributes. All skills were functioning normally before this change.

I have tried many things to fix the issue, but nothing worked. It makes the game unplayable at the moment since my skills are the core of my build. I'm very disappointed and hope you can help resolve this issue quickly so I can enjoy the game again.
