Bug: Character's skill doesn't work!

Bug occurs on PC! I'm using keyboard and mouse (M&K) for controls!
There’s a bug where my character’s skills suddenly stopped functioning since last night.
The skill is properly placed in the skill bar, but you can't select it!
No matter how many new skills you learn, the bug comes back after a short time!
