Iron Citadel and Crimson Shores - Boss fails to drop loot and unable to complete map.

Iron Citadel - Game game froze then disconnected after resetting the fight had no issues all day apart from this fight. Now have to hopefully find another Citadel as the map is marked as failed. I DID NOT FAIL.


Crimson shores - Bet the Rock boss and had a freeze on the game, gears came up then continued from where i was. Boss was dead however no loot and can not portal form arena as says still in boss fight. Will be another wasted map as game thinks i am still in the fight.
