Game Freezing

I haven't seen a post even when searching . I might be missing it.

At least 5 to 10 times a session the game just freezes. If I click on the screen it will give me the box window message do you want to close game or wait for process.

I click wait. I see the Gears spinning and I'm back to the game. Everything I discovered on the mini map is gone but all enemies I killed are still dead.

It's got to the point I hit esc to pause and wait for game to recover but I have died like 3 times from it.

If I'm grouping then I'm out of luck since I can't pause.

This was not happening before 0.2. I have not updated my Nvidia drivers so using same one's before 0.2.

My friend I play with has exact same issue.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yeah, got the same problem, and i also didn't have it in 0.1.
Also sometimes the game won't regenerate itself from this state and just crash. I am currently stuck in a copper citadel because when i log in i just instacrush. Tried checking the game files, updating drivers, launching with -gc 2, did not help.

Same issue here. Every hour I get the black screen and spinning cogs. Recent minimap progress disappears and I think it is the GGG way of saving crashing Nvidia drivers. I have two monitors so I have to switch the game from monitor 1 to 2 and revert to restore the framerate since the GPU stays at 0% when this occurs otherwise.

My specs:
9800X3D, 5080, 65GB DDR5

I have the latest drivers with hotfix and I only have crashes in this game, so I don't think it's the Nvidia drivers but the game unfortunately. I also sometimes have that not all shaders were transferred to the new process that GGG creates so the ingame town has a transparent floor.
