PoE2 Character stuck in loading screen

Hi all,

I have a character that has attempted to join the Chimeral Wetlands in Act 3 Cruel. It has been stuck on the loading screen for roughly the last week now and I cant get past this. All I can do is press square for the next tip. Any help would be appreciated!
