Healing Flask Not Working After Passive skill tree but Mana Flask Works Fine

I encountered an issue where my Healing Flask stops working after respecing my Passive Skill Tree, while my Mana Flask continues to function normally.

Steps to Reproduce:

Use a Healing Flask normally (works fine).

Reset/change Passive Skill Tree (e.g., via refund points or Orb of Regret).

After allocating new passives, the Healing Flask no longer activates (no effect, no animation).

Mana Flask still works without issues.

Changing the Passive Tree again (even reverting to previous nodes) does not fix the issue.

Expected Behavior:

Healing Flask should work consistently, regardless of Passive Tree changes.

Additional Notes:

No error messages appear.

Flask charges are available, and keybinds are correct.

Issue persists after relogging/reloading the game.
