Bug Issue with "Lightning Spear" Skill

'Lightning Spear' is not showing up on my skill list.

I tried using other skill gems (lower level) and then it shows up for the first time.

But then if I change its slot position, it is also not showing up.

i need help to solve this problem i can't play POE anymore because Lightning Spear is my only one DMG skill

please, i need support for this problem, having the same problem . cant use any lightning spear skill gems anymore. even created new lightning spear skill gems and ended up same problem.

any solution? this is happening on the character only. the gems works on other chracters. please need fix asap
