Lightning warp BUGS & GLITCHES

I'm playing lighting warp build (sorc skill), and it has few game breaking issues:

- enemy dissapears out of existence if killed with it, it breaks strongbox that respawns elite multiple times for example, and it does not respawn it (not sure if culling does that too?).

- lightning warp has weak auto-targeting, you can have couple of lightning balls or enemies to cull, but it might not target these at all, and target air instead or another enemy that this skill cannot be even used on, and it uses your mana all of that time casting on air. This skill has no function outside of specific scenario so I would propose very aggresive auto-targeting on it, will make it much better.

- the black ground effect from it's explosion is overriding crucial effects on the ground, for example: attacks from viper 3 act cannot be seen if using that skill.
