Can't Open Tower After Clearing To Add Tablets

I clear 6 mod waystone, activate tower, portal out, click on map device to open world map, click on tower to add tablets, UI does NOT open. 3 towers have done this now. It's only happening on the "80% More" towers. Game is busted for me until it's fixed. A core element to juice maps is inaccessible to me. What to do? I have apprehension approaching towers now.

I'm done playing until you fix this.
