Lost Audience with King

Hello,

I lost audience with king yesterday (Lichmiko character, POE2, Dawn of the hunt, character) I wrote /bug ticket, but cannot find it so positing here.

I was playing audience with king fight (bought for my 58 last exalts!) for the first time. Was very excited when game paused and then kicked me back to main menu. From that i logged into my character again and I was in hideout and no portals were activated although I didn't lose any attempt yet. So i lost the audience and all the attempts, because of bug, my internet connection was stable so it wasn't at fault either.

My request would be to return the audience to me? I don't want to grind for it again, knowing that I could lose to bug again.
