not getting boost from ingenuity belt for 3rd ring ritualist

the belt says left and right hand and doesnt state anything about not boosting a 3rd ring, please fix this, this is half the reason i chose those ascendancy points. if it is meant to be how it is now please clarify in game ty

They changed ingenuity specially to clarify that it won´t boost your third ring. That's why it says left and right
