NOT WORKING "Prism of Belief" +3 LEVEL SKELETON SNIPER

I bought Unique Jewel "Prism of Belief" +3 level skeleton sniper
Put it in the jewel socket in my three.
I dont see +3 level skeleton sniper and dont see damage.
I re-entered the game - changed location - changed jewel location.
Nothing helps.

I spent a lot of time - GGG what's going on? what's wrong with your?

Please fix this.
