Ascendancy impossible, altar or route to 2nd floor of sanctum, chaos giving only 2 out of 8 points

It all started when I tried doing chaos as first trial. I did it and it gave only 2 instead of 4 points, like I did sekhemas. After this I did a higher level, still only 4 floor chaos, then respecced, because as the token said it did not give more points. After thee respecc it still only gave the 2 out of 8 points, and the chaos tokens say it won't give more points. .The other problem is that makes my sanctums seem to be bricked. The djinn baryas say that even the 1 floor or quest tokens will give more points, the act 2quest tells me to click the altar. However I can't interaact with the altars. I tried in multiple 1 flooor sanctums, including the quest several times. The act 5 quest is bricked after freeing the Barya boss, I need to talk with Zarka, but can't about this topic. After finishing the campaign I tried a 2 floor sekhemas, but after the first boss, not only could I still not interact with the altar (it's not interactable, I play on xbox, the graphic is there, but no outline, or icon). The route to the second floor is not interactable either, even though this was a 2floor lv52 token. It seems the chaos gave me the 3rd and 4th ascendency points, and locked me out of the 1st and 2nd. Then the canctums are not working beecouse I have ascended. .So be careful with your 1st ascension. This is on my 2nd char this laegue.

Edit learning from an other post to solve this issue you should restart the game and or create a new instance after killing the 1st boss in a 2 floor sanctum. For me I was put in to the 1st room on the 2nd floor after continuing the interrupted run. Finishing the 2nd floor the altar was working and I got my 2 points.
