Blood Mage - Bleeding Lightning Lancer

Amazon like Thunder build, but the Witch is way more Fun character though.
I've added bleeding so I don't struggle to much on bosses.

"Blood Barbs" and "Between the Cracks" passives do the job on mobs and bosses respectively.
