Is Rage loss functioning as intended?

Tooltip says that rage loss starts after 2 seconds of not gaining rage but as far as I'm noticing it is absolutely instant. As soon as my rage fountain disappears i IMMEDIATELY start depleting rage.

I have not seen that behavior myself - the two second window appears to be functioning normally for me. It might be that sometimes it feels like two seconds should last longer than they do, I've often watched half a rage stack dissolve and thought "damn, I thought for sure I'd hit the window."

Have you checked your items or passives for duration modifiers that might be causing the trouble?
