Act 2 (“Cruel”) green Balbala’s Barya never drops

Issue Summary:
I have completed Act 2 (“Cruel”) and defeated Balbala the Traitor multiple times, but the green‑bordered quest item “Balbala’s Barya” never drops. As a result, I cannot speak to Zarka to complete the “Ascent to Power” quest step.
Steps Taken:

Killed Balbala in Normal Act 2 (The Bone Pits) → no drop

Killed Balbala in Cruel Act 2 → no drop

Relaunched and verified game files → no change

Confirmed inventory contains other coins, but no green‑bordered Barya

Quest Status:

Quest “Ascent to Power” is stuck at “Speak to Zarka.”

Cannot hand in because Zarka has no quest marker.
