Error: Failed to join instance because: You cannot rejoin this area after dying.

After dying once during the Xesht fight at Difficulty 4, I was unable to re-enter the instance, even though the portal remained active. From my understanding, one respawn attempt should be allowed in this scenario. However, when I interacted with the portal, I received the following error messages:
"Error: Failed to join instance because: You cannot rejoin this area after dying." and "Error: Failed to join any instances."
