Ascend to Power Quest Bug

Hello friends, I would like to ask you for help, I have a problem with the quest "Ascend To Power" in act 2 in both normal and cruel mode, after killing Balbala she does not drop the Djinn Barya so I can complete the mission, thus releasing access to the Trial of Sekhemas. I have been trying to complete it since yesterday and I can't get the drop. I would be immensely grateful if you could help me continue my saga until the endgame!
