Disconnected from server

Dear Support Team / Service Provider,
I want to complain about an issue that has been bothering me for the past few weeks.

Every evening, around 8:10 to 8:30 PM (UTC+8), I experience a disconnection from the server, which causes all my maps to disappear and be wasted.

Could you please help check why it has been auto-disconnecting from the server recently?
