Error 40215 when entering the instance

We're a group of three playing the game. In the cruel act 1, when we entered Villafrey, the game crashed. We tried to re-enter the game, and since it redirected us to Villafrey, it crashed without us being able to enter.
At the moment, none of the three of us can enter the game.
