Slow (Silver) Charm Breaking When People Enter Party Instance

Hi,

My slow charm takes a hit when someone who's in my party joins my instance in any zone.

It happens when they join and when they leave, so if I had 3 charges and they came and left my charm goes to 1/3.


ALSO, beacon of salvation hideout map device takes a charge when I step on the map device platform.
