Character Bricked after trying to portal to caravan ACT 2 Dawn of the hunt

Got to the Jamara the abomination fight and realized my ranger was under leveled. Attempted to make a portal back to the caravans so I could return later with more levels and my game crashed. Every attempt to relaunch my ranger I get the same error message:

I am able to load other characters with no issue. This only happens on my ranger. Does anyone know of a fix or is this character just lost?
