Witch minions not lasting

Hello all. I am new to the game and forum. My question is. When I summon my minions through primary attack they appear, however if I use bone cage all my summoned minions dissappear. They only stay active when using primary attack, all my spirit is spread evenly so I cam summon 3 minions and 2 bone archers.

The only change I made before this happened was swap my scepter now I can only use bone abilities or just minions but can no longer mix abilities with minions.
