Intermittent game crashes/freeze

Been dealing with this issue ever since I got the game and its been pretty frustrating. Out of nowhere, the game will freeze up and if I'm in a menu, then it will send the map into a loading screen while still having the menus open. Without having menus up, I'll just get sent to the main menu. Have tried multiple fixes like POEuncrasher, changing resolution, fullscreen, triple buffering, etc. The only fix so far for me has been to disable multithread, which majorly impacts my performance.

PC specs for reference:
CPU: Intel I9-13900k
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080
RAM: 64GB DDR5
SSD: Samsung 970 2TB

Have updated all drivers and have updated bios. This is the only game where I ever have any crashing or instability issues. I have a temp monitor setup for all components as well and CPU max temp sits around 75-80C under full load and GPU never goes over 70C.

Looking to see if anyone else is having similar or same issue as mine.
