[Suggestion] Add a Custom Word Block/Filter Feature for Chat

I'd like to propose a feature that I believe would really improve the overall chat experience in both Path of Exile 1 and 2.

Feature Request:
A custom word block/filter system where players can create a personal list of words or phrases. Any message containing those words would be automatically filtered out or hidden from their chat.

Why this is needed:
Lately, chat has been flooded with spam, especially from RMT sellers. It's becoming a constant annoyance, and a feature like this would give players better control over their own experience without relying entirely on report systems or global filters.

truth bomb half of chat is bots that say the exact same RMT phrase for hours, if I could just block the word "Delivery" I'd be able to read chat more. Problem is this kind of feature doesn't give their chinese owners money and in fact they may be the ones behind the bots.
