Post 0.2.0f - account does not have access to POE2 EA - XBOX

The 0.2.0f update changed something and the change (I hope) is not working as intended.

If I try to login to via Xbox to my game account, I get:

Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now.

I'm aware of this topic, but the EA has been purchased on this exact account and was only used on this account, and only played on Xbox. No sharing whatsoever.

I've played before 0.2.0f without any problems.
At the launch day in December I've bought the EA and played exclusively only via Xbox and only with this account.


On my account status it says:

Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access! Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!

Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

And I have the purchase logged (Transaction number 1554180879; Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack).


I've tried to contact the support, but got a dubious answer:

I've had a look into this for you and it doesn't appear you have purchased an Xbox Early Access Supporter Pack on your account. You will need an Xbox Early Access Supporter Pack in order to play the Early Access via Xbox.

Which is clearly untrue. I presume that something in the way the new patch handles/checks the eligibility doesn't add up.

Does anyone else have a similar issue?

Small update: I've decided to ty to run it on PC via Steam, and there the EA access works without any trouble.

From my side it seems like some authentication protocol with Xbox was broken in the 0.2.0f.

Not sure what to do, can't play the game.

My friend is having the exact same problem. redeemed an early access code on Xbox, played during 0.1, now it won't let him log in.
