Game crashed during waystone, lost exp, items and the waystone itself

Dear GGG,

Please tell me why I have to suffer due to your server issues. The game crashed on me while I was playing a T14 Waystone map. When I logged back everything was gone, the loot, the expand the waystone itself. I lost 10 minutes of my life because of that. Moreover, I am required to spend tens of thousands of gold to acquire lower-level waystones to upgrade them back to 14.

What's stopping you from having a client-side save system that can prevent it? Also, why is my game lagging when you have server side problems? Please fix the issues with your game and server. I know it is in an early access state, but I paid for it. Compensating people for it is the minimum requirement. If I die or lose something due to your server issues, the bare minimum I expect is that I don't suffer the consequences of your errors.

This was not the first time when I lost progress due to this issue. Fix it and find a way to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Their responsibility is to comprehend how it is supposed to function. Have both at the same time, one client side and one server side. And compared them to each other. It is simple.

Why do I have to suffer? It happened again just now. Now on a rare t15 waystone. As far as I know this issue is present for the launch. Why hasn't it been fixed yet?

What is the reason for the lack of compensation for this? No gold to buy lower level ones. Because why not, the best you can buy is a t14. I am not commenting on that. I must spend more gold than I earned in the past 4 or 5 mappings (t15). I would appreciate it if you could return the waistline I lost.

How the hell do they not know what is happening? I enter a map, I stay there for 5-10 minutes, and then the server crashes itself. So the best they can do is reverse everything back to when I entered the map 5-10 minutes earlier, but they can't give me the waystone.

Please explain to me as if I were a 5-year-old and not a senior sysadmin what is happening. Or why it is happening.
