Title: Bug Report - 30 Spirit Quest Item Not Dropping After Defeating Mist King Boss

Bug Report ID: 2730092277 Description: During the Mist King boss fight in Chapter 5: Frereson, my character and the boss died simultaneously. After respawning, the 30 Spirit quest item did not drop despite the boss being defeated. I attempted to re-challenge the boss by re-entering the arena and defeating it again, but the Spirit item still failed to drop. If this is blocking your campaign progression, what will you do when you find out that Mist King isn't supposed to give you spirit in Act 5?
