Unkillable boss

Hello manager.

I am facing an issue with the boss(The Black Crow) cant be kill.

This boss was intented to fight in different phases and areas.
But it seems that the boss didnt grab his bell to get into the next phase.
And I cant deal any damage to it.

That makes the boss unkillable and I cant leave the map because IT IS IN BOSS FIGHT.
I also report it in game chat with "/bug".ID #1235192539 and more.
Please check it.

I think the only way I can get out of this situation is DEAD, but I am 99% to next level.
I have to go offline for couples of hours so that the map can be closed.
