PoE2 Unique map "The Silent Cave" cannot be completed

I just completed a tier 15 "The Silent Cave" but did not show as done.
All the side elites and the boss are down, it showed me 0 mobs remaining, but the map still shows as "in progress" in the atlas.
With that I'm still missing my 2 points.
Please assist.

Same here. Killed everything, the boss only dropped the greater essences, map in progress.

Same here, cannot portal out because the boss is not considered dead and didn't drop the book (tier 11 map).

Same here. Lost that one and the Fractured Lake one today as well. A couple of Nexuses in the past days as well. I'm almost lvl 91 and at only 14/40 in my atlas. I mean wtf. As if it wasn't enough that we get close to 0 drops in maps, they now bug out and we lose them altogether. Same happens in Citadels too. All the time spent to find the damned thing and juice it gone.

Yeah its yet another bug from of GGG. I cant even kill the side bosses because after killing the main boss the side ones are not "clickable"

Same here, killed boss, 0 mosnters left, drops essences and loot but not skill points and map objective still says "defeat the imprissioned boss".
