Atlas skill book Bug

I just received an atlas skill book from completing my first T15 map boss,
I clicked the book in my inventory got a notification that I received the two points but the badge on the bottom left of my screen did not show up and there are no points available in the tree. I should also mention I am only on T7+ corrupted nexus quest state.
