Lost body armour in loading screen?

Basically title.
Opened map, had chest on, when loaded - it is gone.

My total life pool went down, so it is not even just a visual bug.
Reloging helped and it's appeared back again.
Now I'm wondering what would have happened if I would have put another chest on and then relog.
