Ritual tribute costs are out of hand

Found an Omen of Dextral Erasure in a Ritual and it costs 22,000 tribute. The deferral fee is 1,122 tribute. Not really sure how this can be considered reasonable in any manner, especially since these omens are absurdly rare to the point where you have to spent most of your tribute on rerolls, and can end up not having enough tribute to defer them.

Please reduce the costs significantly.
