Game card gear

I traded with someone else and flew on the map of Mourning Road, but it has been stuck in the gear for more than ten minutes. During this time, I have been offline for more than five minutes and still stuck in the gear when I came up. It keeps spinning and I cannot play normally. Hope to resolve it as soon as possible!
