Vile Volture monster being invincible and appearing out of nowhere

Vile Volture in some towers just gets activated and walks toward the players while being immune to damage, suddenly becomes invisible and do his jumping animation out of nowhere damaging the player.

This happens every time with every vile volture in the tower.
