Tactician Watch how i do it seems broken?

So i been testing about, apart of the totems where already bunch of topics exist, the added damage itself isnt even working properly.

I took a reaver, put on my crossbow, see what numbers i get.

From a crossbow with 18-26 added fire damage, results in 3-4 fire damage on my reaver. No idea how great my math skills are, but im pretty sure 3-4 fire damage aint 25% of 18-26.

Additional, from what i tested, it seems post-calculation of the minion-damage nodes. Having 120% minion damage, the final fire damage remained 3-4. Now its hard to backtrack where it breaks or whatnot, but if it really is just a flat added bonus (unlike scepter aura's), adding 3-4 fire damage into a reaver that does about 3000-4000 phy dmg as high level... not sure if its even worth it.


This was a test on a 41 crossbow with a level 9 reaper.
