Flames of Chayula leech 7% of your Maximum Mana + Ravenous Doubt & the talent Consuming Questions that Mana Leech effects also Recover Energy Shield is bugged.
I also specced into additional increased Mana Leech and have it on Weapon and Rings and it seems to not work.
