Plot bugs

I completed all the missions, but I couldn't complete two of them, so I couldn't enter the map of the Atlas.
The Gliding Dead quest in Chapter 3 has always existed, but the map is no longer accessible and there is no way to complete it.
The rise to power in Chapter 5 prompted me to return to the Adullah convoy to find Xhaka to talk to, but the conversation had no quest plot and could not be completed.
