The Silent Cave Unique Map Bug

In the Unique map, "The Silent Cave". I Killed all of the lesser essence monsters surrounding the boss, and then killed the boss. The boss dropped the essences, but the map objective is stuck on, "Defeat The Imprisoned Boss", and I have not received my atlas point book. The atlas waypoint stated that it granted points before I entered and I have not completed/ attempted to complete this map prior. The atlas waypoint still says Map in progress.
