Missing Ascendancy Points -Trial of Sekhemas (first 2 points)

Issue: Unable to interact with Altar of Ascendancy in Trial of Sekhemas to obtain Ascendancy points and complete quest

Background: reached Cruel Act 1, completed trial of Chaos in Act 3 (normal difficulty) and received first 2 ascendancy points. Using Djinn Barya quest item (stating will receive ascendancy points) completed Trial of Sekhemas. After killing boss, quest states to “interact with altar of ascendancy” in room with loot chests requiring keys, unable to interact with altar or exit portal. Must utilize town portal to exit area. Upon returning to town, pop-up text appears stating: quest complete, exit portal is open. Quest status would still state “interact with altar.” Restarted game, spoke to Balbala and selected “Attempt Trials Again,” received Djinn Barya which then placed in relic altar. Completed trial and was still unable to interact with altar as previously stated.

Recreation: repeated process three times with same outcome.
-one repeat used “drop item djinn Barya: level 28”
