Omen of Whittling bugged

Crossbow has T2 Accuracy + light / T3 Life per enemy hit/ T4 Str, for some reason the omen want's to change the T4 instead of the T2....

Hi dude. Same problem here. Posted 2 mins before you.
All i found its bugged mostly with Fractured items.
Very sad.
My amulet + ur great bow deserves better
