Bug: Not able to interact with zone transitions

I was working my way through Kopec in Act 3, and couldn't click on the "stairs" transition to the next level.

I tried teleporting out, but portal was not clickable.

I logged out to see if there might be a new patch, and relogged.

Stairs still unable to move me to a new zone. Crashed when trying to interact with them.

Reached out to chat and had someone invite me to party. Teleported to them, then their hideout waypoint had same issue.

I used /hideout and now I am stuck in my own hideout.

The abrupt transitions in the clip are me getting disconnected or logging out - recording is only for in-game time.

Known issue? Or working as intended?

Moving reload off of click fixed it.
