blasphemy losing curse when trying to enable

blasphemy will not reserve spirit and when clicked to activate to reactivate it loses skill in and just says missing socketed skill

it also loses used with weapon set selection

Also seeing the same issue, i am able to activate it and reserve spirit on my second weapon set but not my first, icon appears greyed out even though i have all requirements for both gems (blasphemy and socketed curse), and more than enough spirit available to reserve.
