Ballista Totems not detonating oil grenades and other detontables

Ballista Totems were detonating things like oil grenades as of 2+ days ago, (today is the 18th), i dont know when an update was pushed but ballista totems are no longer doing what they once were.

I have no support gems and i'm specced tactician with full pin and totem buffs for ascendancy.
