Critical Atlas Bug – Persistent Softlock (Fog Covering Entire Atlas) Prevents Endgame Progression

Hello, I'm reporting a serious softlock issue I'm facing in Path of Exile 2 related to the Atlas system.

The issue:
Whenever I enter any map, the entire Atlas becomes covered in fog, even after I properly complete the map. As a result, no new bridge/path is unlocked, making it impossible to progress naturally through the Atlas. This has completely halted my endgame progression.

Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried (all unsuccessful):
[] Restarted the game
[] Rebooted the PC
[] Ran maps from different regions
[] Reset game settings to default
[] Deleted configuration folders (%AppData%, Documents, etc.)
[] Fully reinstalled the game
[] Used Revo Uninstaller to remove registry traces and leftover files
[] Verified game file integrity (via Steam/standalone launcher)

Despite all of this, the issue still persists in exactly the same way. Because of that, I strongly believe this is a server-side bug, possibly tied to my account state, and not related to my local installation or hardware.

From what I’ve found online, other players have reported the same problem (Atlas completely fogged + no new bridges unlocking after map completion). So this appears to be a recurring and critical bug.

I kindly request attention from the development/support team, as in its current state, I am completely blocked from continuing the game’s endgame content, which severely impacts the experience.

so i tried many things but nothing solve this bug, i think that This will be my way out of this game. GGG is kicking out his players without mercy haha.

i found a boring way to stay doing maps, u have to check if ur atlas bugged every time when u enter or leave a map, if bugged, do a quick exit to log screen and back, im doing this, im doing this, is boring but worked to me.
if u complete the map with the fog bugged the game do not count. so aways relog when fog come.

aways press U and check

forgot this, i tried to continue to play doing this, but now my atlas is so bugged that i got rollback on my progress. everything on this game have to be hard =(
