How to fix Uncut Skill/Spirit Gems Abundances

In the current state of Skill Gems is that once we get all our Gems to high level or a level it's currently giving out, we constantly get an abundance of uncut skill gems which can be useful on the other character but at the same time they become a storage fest in your stash with dozens to even hundreds of uncut ones.

If we was able to combine 3 uncut gems into the next level by using the combiner this would be really cool. This would also allow us to be able to get higher than Level 20 Gems by combining them, so if we get 3 XX Uncut Gems we could use the combiner to make a XXI Uncut Gem. It would make Uncut Gems less obselete too as we can use these to eventually upgrade our gems. From Uncut Gem Level 21 and onwards it no longer increases the stat requirements but rather the cost of the mana by shorter amount each time as the stat requirement increase would make the higher gem's unsuable due to having to get higher stats on almost maxed out characters.

This feature should also be only available in the end-game too as this would make campaign too easy having the ability to quickly upgrade early on.

Tbh I think combining needs to happen, but only up to lvl 20, as that is still supposed to be a "big find".

I also think that everything up to lvl 19 should allow you to choose the level of the skill gem you are cutting
I wouldn't mind being able to combine them up to lvl 20 or even stop just shy of 19. 21 should only be corruptable imo.

I also agree, we need a way to reduce gem level without starting a new uncut gem/jeweler spam. Sometimes gear changes necessitate having to go down due to mana/hp costs or whatever.
